Our beans are carefully selected from trusted growers around the world, prioritising ethical sourcing and sustainability. We roast the beans in-house to ensure freshness and taste consistency, delivering a luxurious coffee experience with each cup.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship from Canada (Toronto) and are able to deliver internationally. Shipping fees, delivery times and any customs/import duties may vary depending on your country—please check at checkout for specifics.
How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Domestic shipments within Canada may arrive in 3-7 business days. For international orders, please allow additional time (sometimes 10-21 business days depending on destination and customs).
What is your return / refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not offer returns for opened or consumed products.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (with photos) and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
